A product of the Texas Hill Country and a graduate of Fredericksburg High, Krishna pursued Health and Fitness at Southwest Texas State University. After moving to Dallas, she took charge of managing Ann Taylor and Nine West stores while supporting Scott’s career in fitness.
Krishna later transitioned from the corporate world to focus on raising their three children for 18 years. Eventually, she entered the world of personal training, earning a specialty certification in Women’s Training from ASFA. Like Scott, Krishna works with clients facing a variety of physical challenges, helping them improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
Her experience and dedication played a crucial role in the creation of Personal Best Fitness, which focuses on helping individuals over 40 with physical challenges. Krishna’s passion lies in guiding clients through tailored fitness programs that empower them to reach their personal best.

Scott, a Texan native hailing from Round Rock, discovered his love for fitness early on. Scott’s journey took a fortuitous turn when he crossed paths with Krishna. A product of the Texas hill country and a graduate of Fredericksburg High, Krishna pursued Health and Fitness at Southwest Texas State University. Together, they ventured to Dallas, where Scott managed Nordic Track stores and Krishna took charge of Ann Taylor and Nine West stores.
In the late ’90s, Scott’s unwavering passion for training led him to a realization – this was his calling. His own fitness journey developed at a very young age by playing multiple sports. That athletic exposure spawned an eagerness to know more about the human body and its ability to perform movements. At Southwest Texas State University he studied Physical Therapy to further that knowledge. Once he began training, Scott realized there is a considerable amount of physical issues people need to address in addition to the fitness goals they were hiring him for. In order to competently address those Scott acquired 3 national certifications and 5 others.

This knowledge is crucial in order to address the wide ranging physical issues people are confronted with. His clientele currently spans that spectrum with back issues, joint replacements, arthritis, cerebral palsy, scoliosis and knee pain.
A proud moment for Scott is how his training allowed Krishna to dedicate 18 years to raising their three children. Leaving the corporate world behind, Krishna excelled in the role of a mother. Her journey transitioned into personal training, where she gained a specialty certification in Women’s Training from ASFA. Like Scott, Krishna addresses a myriad of physical issues for her clients.
The concept of Personal Best Fitness emerged from the experiences of Scott and Krishna’s clients. Many had encountered disastrous results after seeking help for their physical issues. Recognizing an underserved demographic, Personal Best Fitness was born – catering specifically to those over 40 with one or more physical challenges.
